“The cleanness of the room could have been better. We had bugs in the bathroom crawling up the mirror. There was a flea in the bed. From that point on, I was not too happy with the room. It also had hair on the bathroom vanity. However, the night staff was great during check-in. The breakfast was great! Parking was convenient. “The staff was welcoming and clean. The beds were very comfortable and nice size. Would definitely come back and recommend and another plus is you are so close to good restaurant and BUC-EES!!!! Can't beat that!!!”

“When we arrived our Expedia reservation had not transferred over to the hotel. The staff kept saying it was a computer issue on their end. They had us wait for 15 min before they told us they had no clue how long it would take. We had somewhere to be and needed to shower and get ready. They were rude and less than helpful. Never again.”

“A/C in the halls was not on so was hot and a/c in room worked but was not enough to keep room cold because of heat from out side.”

“Room was basically unfinished. Holes in the wall, light bulbs missing from lamps, hot tub did not even come with a plug. They collected our towels in the morning and never brought any replacements. I asked for more and was told to wait and never received any. Bugs were everywhere. There was literally exposed wiring in the shower.. completely unacceptable.”

Por lo que tuve que ir a otros lugares a cargar mi vehículo por seis días y eso me representó pérdida de tiempo y de casi 200 USD en cargas”

“Everything that was needed worked perfectly. 2 AC units was nice to keep it cool. Bed was comfortable the shower was really nice. The only thing we didn't like that one needs watch out for is the artwork. There was one with nudity. Other than that it was wonderful”

“Great place to stay in Denton (Rayzor Ranch area). Close to all the new shopping centers along University and only 10 min. to the courthouse. Rooms are super clean and the staff are very attentive. The kitchenette is very well stocked with all the amenities you need for a decent stay.”
