“Spacious rooms, neat and clean. Lobby is under going renovations but it was not a bother. Breakfast could be better, not desirable at all.”

“We had to wait several (10+) minutes both at check-in and check-out for someone to come to the front desk. They were nice once they got there, but it clearly wasn't staffed properly. Cleaning or kitchen people noticed us standing and went to find or call someone to come to the front desk. So kudos to the non-front desk people. The "bold" coffee at breakfast was extremely weak. The printout of local restaurants given to us at the front desk was nearly unreadable. The room itself was nice.”

“They did not have adequate carts for transporting bags and clothes. Also, there could have been a better selection on the breakfast bar.”

“The room was clean and laminate flooring. Perfect for my dog. Staff was engaged and timely with check in”

“Room although supposedly remodeled but appeared identical to its state when not yet remodeled a year ago. ”

“Our room was disgusting. It had a real bad musty smell as soon as you entered the room. Dirty old trash that looked like it’s been there behind the tv stand. The bed has something all on it. Looked liked crumbs or something else wasn’t sure. We ended up leaving and asking for a refund which they gladly did so that I do appreciate! Not one to usually complain but it was horrible.”

“We were really disappointed with our stay. The hotel had a strong mold/mildew smell and it affected us badly. By the end of the stay my lungs were irritated and I was coughing constantly. We ended up leaving early because we felt so sick staying there. The floors and overall condition of the room felt damp and unclean, and the side entrance door didn’t even work properly which made things even more frustrating. For the amount we paid — especially at such high rates — this experience was...

“Overall room was clean. Room is a little outdated but was fine for a 1night stay and for the price.”

“Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. We slept well. I rated staff 3 as we only had interactions with 1 staff person who couldn't answer questions because "I don't live here". He didn't offer any help at all about places to have dinner. We only saw this staff person at check in and didn't see any other staff at any time. Check out was accomplished by placing key cards in a box. We did not have breakfast.”

“Rooms looked clean but saw 2 spiders run across the floor. .ice machine was broken. .no vending machine..house keeper didn't knock opening the door at 9am was charged $100 deposit since i booked 2 rooms and still haven't gotten back so know my checking account is negative ”
