“room cleaning should be performed every day as you stay. however , they never told that is on request only . so I talked to staff room cleaning on my rest of my stay . as a result , 16th ( Wednesday) , no one clean up the room . I talked this to receptionist staff , she said it is not fault , i cannot do anything . she is very nasty woman , besides that , no air conditioner at breakfast room as customers are eating , can u imagine no AC at such hot summer . I must say this hotel to be...

“I stood till 11pm waiting for a clean room that i reserved online at 2pm that day. I got to the front desk and had to wait in the lobby for a long time to receive my room”

“I was very disappointed in the property it was very nasty and the tv didn’t work and there were roaches in the room and the night time. They were climbing on the bed and when you are asleep you can feel them on you. Very bad experience and the pictures where far from the way they show how the room look. I stayed there two night and won’t ever stay at this property ever again.”
