“Found out upon arrival that the elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. Accepted it, but then we were assigned to a room that already had a couple in it. “They send you a link ahead of time to check in, you complete that, then once you get there they tell you that it didn’t matter & that you’ll have to do the whole process again on paper.
