“Long walk inside terminal to hotel but the hotel is on the airport campus. It was a nice more modern hotel and that was welcome at the end of our long vacation. Good reliable place to stay especially if you need to catch a plane at LHR the next day.”
“Having arrived in the evening for a 1 night stay I was very pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to a suite. The staff were all helpful and pleasant throughout my stay. Breakfast was excellent, unfortunately I did not have dinner in the hotel. The suite was spacious and well equipped with a very comfortable bed , huge bathroom and separate stylish living area. Next time I hope to have the time to experience the gorgeous Elemis rooftop spa. ”

Ciò che mi ha fatta non poco innervosire è stato il fatto che il servizio delle pulizie ha bussato alla porta alle 8:30 del mattino, svegliandoci all’improvviso e poi ha aperto la borsa. Questo è inaccettabile. Non so niente di hotel, ma non si dovrebbe comunicare con il servizio delle pulizie per avvertire chi ha fatto già il check out? Specifico: il check-out era alle 12. Assurdo. ”
“We stayed here just for a night before our flight and the staff were very accommodating and our room was nice and cozy. We availed their breakfast when we did the reservation and it's worth the price. We were able to leave our luggages after checking out so we can still go out and explore other places before heading to the airport. There's a shuttle bus with a fee going to the airport but you can also take the subway. Just few minutes walk to a subway station. Great location”

“This property is very convenient for Heathrow, stayed one night in a one bedroom apartment which was quite small but very clean with a comfortable single bed.The secure free parking was a bonus, there were a number of shops, and eating establishments within walking distance with the Hounslow food market worth a visit if you like spicy food.The staff at the guest house are very helpful and polite and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.”

“Ok not great not terrible. Very minimal you get a bed and room and access to bathroom and that’s about it. The rooms comfy and clean but both times I been here the other guests have been so loud. One seemed to be having an all night mini party and another left at 5am and seemed to slam doors for 30 mins and shouted outside. Not the owners fault but there’s no soundproofing the walks are thin so be prepared if you stay there as it’s be of those airport spots where people come and go all night. ”

Offer of lift to airport, near to local shops and pubs, very friendly couple would definitely go again and would highly recommend it. Also free parking too.”

"Ho pernottato presso questo hotel per 4 notti. Molto comoda la vicinaza della fermata dell'autobus con il quale ti muovevi facilmente. Molto distante dal centro.
