“Clean room helpful staff especially Ayeisha and shellen in the restaurant. Would always use this hotel when travelling from London.”

“Tutto relativamente ok, letto comodo ma cuscino durissimo. Ciò che mi ha fatta non poco innervosire è stato il fatto che il servizio delle pulizie ha bussato alla porta alle 8:30 del mattino, svegliandoci all’improvviso e poi ha aperto la borsa. Questo è inaccettabile. Non so niente di hotel, ma non si dovrebbe comunicare con il servizio delle pulizie per avvertire chi ha fatto già il check out? Specifico: il check-out era alle 12. Assurdo. ”

“Comfortable hotel conveniently located for an early morning flight from Heathrow. The room was very nice, but due to insufficient ventilation the bathroom ceiling showed signs of mould. The shower screen wasn't watertight at the bottom, resulting in water flooding the floor when showering.”

“We had a great stay . Only problem was the A/C was stopp / start through out the night in room 2305 . We got to press the Remote control when ever it stops. Other then that everything perfect”

“The e-mail for check in had not been received on the Hotels.com chat by 2pm, so i messaged and it did come through asap then. On arrival it was easy to find the key box and gain entrance. The stairs in hallway were a bit rough and the carpet is a bit loose and dirty/worn in patches. The door to our room was not very secure and a firm push would open the door without need for a key. There is no deadbolt of chain/lock inside to secure yourself in. The apartment is tired and could do with a layer...

“Location for Hampton Court very good, evening meals reasonably priced for London. Breakfast was good! One negative the bed mattresses need looking at they have metal clips supporting the mattress and if you are a side sleeper they dig into you and hurt making the sleeping experience not a great one. Otherwise this would have been a higher score.”

“La stanza era pronta per 3 ma alla sera rientrati dal giro per Londra e stanchi abbiamo scoperto che il divano letto non era preparato, arrivato il personale si è scoperto che il divano letto era rotto; quindi ci hanno dovuto cambiare la camera e attendere che ci facessero il terzo letto. La sera successiva abbiamo scoperto che la camera non era stata rifatta…la colazione è ottima, le camere e l’ambiente buono ma il servizio da rivedere totalmente nonostante la gentilezza del personale.”

“wonderful property located so conveniently to the Hampton Court! Restaurant is TERRIFIC. Service was wonderful. My complaint is the lack of support at reception being unattended. Also, the room we were given had no AC and a sink that was @ 6 inches x 4 inches... impossible for a wash.”

“2 miles from the Railway station, in the middle of some ponds, nice hotel but not adequate personnel (in mubers), location is poor, prices are high (Ascot week).”
