“Lowest price for area. Easy to find, excellent welcome at reception. Car park underneath easy to use but £18 per night! Rooms small but good, clean with all you need. Bar very poor and food definitely not al la carte but ok. Lady in cafe excellent- guys (not in suits) in restaurant could learn from her about customer service. Lifts speedy. Overall would use again but eat elsewhere. ”

“Tutto relativamente ok, letto comodo ma cuscino durissimo. Ciò che mi ha fatta non poco innervosire è stato il fatto che il servizio delle pulizie ha bussato alla porta alle 8:30 del mattino, svegliandoci all’improvviso e poi ha aperto la borsa. Questo è inaccettabile. Non so niente di hotel, ma non si dovrebbe comunicare con il servizio delle pulizie per avvertire chi ha fatto già il check out? Specifico: il check-out era alle 12. Assurdo. ”

“Nel complesso, la struttura bella grande con sala biliardo ristorante eccetera, eccetera camere molto silenziose siamo vicini all’aeroporto di Londra, Heathrow abbiamo avuto direttamente la fermata dell’autobus vicina, quartiere poco sicuro e negli ultimi due giorni il servizio Housekeeping è venuto a bussare alla porta pensando che non c’eravamo avevo messo un cartello per dire di non bussare, ma hanno aperto lo stesso, però si sono scusati prezzi un po’ alti”

“Colazione poco continentale, pulizia stanza mediocre (non è previsto ne asciugacapelli ne asciugamano), stanza piccola. La catena Ibis mi ha deluso a Londra”

“The person checking me in wasn’t very helpful. Asked me if I wanted to add breakfast to my stay and said it was cheaper to do it then than on the morning. Agreed to add it, but they didn’t tell me when breakfast was I had to ask. They also didn’t tell me when checkout was. The room was spacious but not a fan of the frosted glass bathroom, it was fine as I was solo, but if sharing the room it could be disruptive if someone went to the bathroom during the night as it frosted glass lights up the...

“Not bad for a night. Room wasn’t super clean. Staff were very nice, We stayed at their second location across the street. Doors were slamming all night by other guests. Also had a 2am false fire alarm, which was wasn’t ideal for our 4am wake up to get to the airport. ”
