“The room was spacious and clean and had everything I could need for one night. The bar service was a little slow and was shut when I returned at the end of the evening. So no late night drinking!”

Io avevo bisogno dell"asciugacapelli(assente in camera) ho dovuto aspettare lunedi per averlo, la camera carina e caratteristica ma poco pulita... I cucchiaini e le mug del tè erano luridi, il cibo ottimo, la colazione abbondante ma poca scelta sia per chi nn vuole fare la tipica inglese sia per i bambini. ”

“The location is perfect for my purpose but the fact that the air conditioner is not working in my room and many other rooms in this boiling weather was very bad. Only fan can not be acceptable with this hot weather where the fan blow only hot air. I did not enjoy my 2night stay, it was just too hot.”

“It’s a nice hotel, I liked the decor and room was clean. I didn’t hear other guests apart from some occasional hall door slamming (but nothing too bad). However there was strange vibrating noise in my room that would go on and off every day, super annoying. Not sure what it was perhaps some ventilation installed on the roof or in the walls because in my room nothing made noise.”

“Check-in was a horrible experience. We checked in late, so we weren’t expecting a welcome parade or anything but a basic level of warmth would have been appreciated. After a completely wild drive in, our 1 year old and 4 year old were super hungry and the food we had was cold. So, naturally we asked whether the staff could just give their food a quick zap in the microwave. “No restaurant available as per the description and photos - I had planned to eat dinner after Check In but couldn't. Breakfast was in the reception area and not very comfortable. On check in, I was asked what time I wanted my 'full English' - not ideal being held to a time. Full English didn't have standard bacon - it was non pork Turkish bacon which I should have been told about.
