The location was right in the city centre but still nice and quiet and the reception staff was the loveliest, giving us local recommendations and letting us leave our luggage during the day. Would definitely recommend!”

“Absolutely perfect for a weekend break- room and facilities spotless, and location is right in the middle of the city minutes from Hockley and great food/bars. Check-in online takes a few minutes and then you’re sent an electronic code to access property. Will definitely be returning. ”

What was meant to be a relaxing family retreat resulted in severe distress, unacceptable hygiene failures, and unexpected financial costs. ​Upon a late check-in on Friday, our room was infested with moths and insects crawling on the carpet. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and professional, doing their absolute best to reassign us to the 7th floor. Disappointingly, this second room suffered...
