“The restaurant was very good and the staff were friendly and professional. My only complaints are we asked for two beds but got one and there were no electrical outlets near the bed for plugging in our CPAP machines.”
“My husband and I would like to recommend, in the highest terms, Sam, who seemed to be in charge of everything. She was cool, calm and extremely efficient.
We were very impressed with her, from the fact that she changed our room so that we would be less disturbed by the inevitable functions that were on at the time of our stay, to remembering what we like to drink and being so cheerful and friendly at all times.

“3 nights family stay, the gym is small but well equipped, the location is gorgeous and the housekeeping was outstanding. Breakfast is very good but could improve in terms of variety. “I am the sort of person who regularly frequents other chain hotels, in particular, the usually cheaper purple one. I must say i think hilton will he a top choice for me in the future. For a very similar price to my usual option, EVERYTHING was so much better. Room was cleaner, facilities weee so much better and thank goodness for air con. The area gets a little noisy on a night time, the parking was a bit difficult to find, but staff were helpful in guiding me there on the phone. Breakfast was...
“After 12 hours travelling all i wanted was a fine night. I didn't ask for absolute silence but the disco pub was far too much for me and i couldn't sleep. The place is clean, the keepers very gentile and nice, in the kitchen were everything i needed and even more! A lovely place, but i have had the wrong room i fear.”

"Nel complesso esperienza molto buona. Personale della reception accogliente e ha spiegato tutti i servizi principali in modo esaustivo. Camera piccola ma accogliente, con tutto l’essenziale e per una notte più che soddisfatta. Letto molto comodo. A pochi passi da castello, da diversi pub dove andare a cenare o a bere qualcosa. A pochi minuti dal centro, se uno vuole fare un po’ di shopping, e a una decina di minuti a piedi dalla stazione..ottima posizione!"
