The room was very hot, even with the provided fan but the bed was comfortable.
Kept having to log back in on the internet, which elderly relatives found very tiresome.

The reception team was awesome, friendly, gentle, respectful.
I stayed in the executive room. My wife loved the bed, took a while to get her to wake up, lol.
The wash room was clean and the soaps and body lotion was on point!
Blinding curtains, a mini fridge, complimentary water, breakfast coffee, Lovely semi sofa chairs (great for couple's,lol).

“3 nights family stay, the gym is small but well equipped, the location is gorgeous and the housekeeping was outstanding. Breakfast is very good but could improve in terms of variety. The restaurant has a limited menu and is the same of the bar. The service was very slow in general. Wifi was fast and very stable. Excellent value in general for the money .”
“My partner and I booked a standard family room for 2 nights. The room was clean and spacious, the view from the window was really good and you could see all of Nottingham. The staff were very friendly and helpful during the stay and offered to keep our bags after check out for an extra £2 which helped for transport times. We tried the food in the lobby (pollo pizza) which was made fresh and tasted good, the price was £15 which might be a lot of a pizza but I think worth it.

Bagno molto grande con vasca e doccia. Unia pecca: c'era un'infiltrazione d'acqua dal piano superiore e, quando hanno aperto la doccia, è scesa l'acqua nel nostro bagno attraverso una fessura che si è aperta bel soffitto. "Nel complesso esperienza molto buona. Personale della reception accogliente e ha spiegato tutti i servizi principali in modo esaustivo. Camera piccola ma accogliente, con tutto l’essenziale e per una notte più che soddisfatta. Letto molto comodo. A pochi passi da castello, da diversi pub dove andare a cenare o a bere qualcosa. A pochi minuti dal centro, se uno vuole fare un po’ di shopping, e a una decina di minuti a piedi dalla stazione..ottima posizione!"
