“Probably my best stay in a hotel in the Smokies! The customer service was outstanding, the room was clean and cozy with the roaring creek off the balcony with 2 nice rocking chairs. The property is well maintained. The REAL breakfast at the Heirloom House was included each day and a real sit down, order from the menu, upscaled restaurant. They serve dinner and drinks as well. Excellent customer service there too. If you need anything like ice or water or towels, it's only a text message away and...

“We had the Best stay! The king room with balcony overlooking the creek is highly recommended. From check-in to check-out… staff was great! The fire pits were phenomenal and the hotel is walkable and close to strip. Must stay! ”

The bathroom floor could have used a mopping but they seem to do a lot of business so that’s an easy miss. I will say when it’s busy you can hear your neighbors especially if they’re loud and crazy like ours were but that’s no fault of the hotel. ”
