“The staff were friendly and it was pretty clean. They had a pretty small fridge in the room that could keep very few things. The bathroom was very tiny. The room was fairly clean. Kept finding long black hairs everywhere. It was really hot in the room even when the air was turned to the lowest setting. “The location of the property is solid. The front desk employees were very friendly and helpful. They have been renovating and our room was clean and comfortable. The pool area is nice, however there was a lot of debris in the pool. There were big chunks of white material that was blowing out of something that looked like a chimney. “I will start with the positives, the property is close to the strip and there is a shuttle stop right outside, which makes it easier to get to the strip and any other stops within Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge area. Now the negatives, the manager on duty (who is usually there in the morning), is very rude and not helpful at all.
