“Wonderful resort in a quiet spot of Phu Quoc island. The resort is close to the airport: 10 minutes by car (the pickup is free of charge). It is also close to the main city (5 minutes by taxi, that is 110k vnd).
Large and comfortable rooms, with private jacuzzi outside in the garden.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The beach and the swimming pool are great. The restaurant is pretty good and the breakfast is very good, with a wide range of choices.”
“Great room and view, pool was amazing!! Once arrived host was very good. Communication lacked prior to arrival like the location of the property is in the "SKY TOWER" which delayed our arrival. Our 2nd room wasn't ready by check in time and I Wasn't awear a fire drill would be happening during our stay but didn't know it was a test because I actually couldn't hear the alarm in our room just a slight beep so the noise was only in the hallway but couldn't hear that it was a drill. “I stayed here before COVID. On this second stay, the hotel did show some wear and tear, but overall, the room is still quite clean. The only disturbance is the construction of something nearby - jackhammers on full blast. There is also a new public beach, with a bar that is right next to the hotel. Some of unregistered guests even venture into the hotel/pool area - very unsafe. I hate that the hotel allows people to kayak right on the beach where swimmers are - also unsafe. At breakfast, the...
“A newer hotel just 10 minute walk to where the nightly fireworks are staged. The breakfast that was included was at another Lotus hotel, just a 5 minute walk but they also provided a golf cart ride there. The breakfast had about 10 choicest, which was good, but no coffee etc included, just a glass of water. The staff were nice and helpful knew some English. When we booked it included 2 tickets on the cable car to the island with the water park. So a huge saving on the price. A great deal.”
