“Il soggiorno è stato molto soddisfacente. La stanza era la "asumini" praticamente vicino la piscina. Nonostante tutto molto silenziosa e molto spaziosa. L'arredo è un po' antiquato ma abbiamo apprezzato le pulizie e le creazioni con gli asciugamani sopra al letto. Solo un problema è sorto in questi giorni, il condizionatore per tre o quattro giorni durante la notte saltava e smetteva di funzionare. “Poor management and the hotel has no freedom by desk but is operated out of a restaurant that is around the corner. The room is basic a bed and bath. The manager is not around but part of the time but only at the restaurant. No sign at restaurant that there is a hotel and we were the only guests. Would not return. ”

“The property was in a good location to get to Stone Town and the ferry. Booking thru Expedia led to some confusion at checkout as their Expedia payment system was initially declined so we had to go on Expedia chat followed by a phone call to the facility to straighten everything out. Expedia could make that process much less confusing. The included breakfast was a nice treat and while I mostly take the stairs, the elevator was not working for half our stay.
