“Do not believe what staff tell you?
No restaurant, breakfast option was room service only.
No hot water and was told by staff how to operate tap although staff could also not get hot water!
Taxi driver was told that the taxi had been cancelled, luckily i arrived in the lobby as the taxi driver was leaving!”

“I only went there since it is close to Harminder sahib otherwise the staff ( person at the counter) was very rude and arrogant. He kept the phone down while I was still talking. I would not stay there again. The old prison at the reception should be replaced by someone who is more nice and talks better”

“This stay was completely unacceptable and a major decline from our visit two years ago. We booked two Executive King rooms, both of which failed basic hygiene and comfort standards. The bathrooms smelled like public restrooms, and we found a used, wet towel folded in the bathroom. The TV was blaring on entry, which was alarming and showed poor room checks.
There was no phone or contact information in the room to reach reception, forcing us to go downstairs ourselves. Staff showed no apology,...

“The room was not clean when we entered. Towels and bedsheets also werent looking clean. Room toiletries and towels were not replaced for all 3 days. We had to ask for water bottles and tea/coffee packets everyday after calling reception. These housekeeping items should be done everyday without asking. Hotel location and contact number mentioned on expedia are also not correct. Only benefit hotel has is its proximity to golden temple”
