We talked to the young lady at the check in desk and she changed our room to one with a view and it was amazing! Had a walkout sitting area and was very relaxing. “When I arrived, I was check into a room that really did not meet my standards. I went back to the front desk, told her my concerns and she spoke to the manager. the manager showed me a different room and then went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were meant. I would not have stayed had it not been for her! She was fantastic! “We really enjoyed our week stay. They were under construction, is why i gave 4 on property condition. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We needed to upgrade to 2 queens (due to both of us having surgery). They easily and pleasantly completed the upgrade in seconds. We will definitely us Microtel in the future when we have appts in Sioux Falls.”
