“Great hotel but was disappointed by the breakfast.”

“Room was super clean, pool is saltwater (SOOOO GOOD FOR SENSITIVE SKIN KIDDOS) and staff was very friendly at check in and check out! We had the Canaries fireworks show and could see it great from our window! Will definitely stay again!”

“everything was fantastic. the only downer was second night there when we hopped in the pool someone put a little too much chlorine, so eyes tapped out after only 20 minutes (first night kids and wife were able to swim over an hour). simple mistake”

“The pool was great for the kids. Our bathtub was not cleaned and the water wouldn’t drain well which was gross. Check out was 11am but we had room service knocking at 8:45am. After I finally went to the door to tell them we were still sleeping (I had young children with me), they woke up from the cleaning lady knocking on all the other doors.”

“I was in from IL, it was a last min emergency and needed somewhere to stay close to the hospital (11 mins away) and right by the airport! Check-in was fast and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The rooms were clean and updated. They also had microwave and a fridge n freezer in the room. The Waterpark was small and perfect for my 2 yr old grandson. They had a great bar n grill restaurant at the hotel (open for breakfast also!).The food was great and well portioned and the staff was very...

“Good stay for a one night volleyball tournament stay.”

“Found a bed bug & a tick in the bed. Sheets very stsined & dirty.”

“It was a great stay for a short night passing through. Building was visibly undergoing refurbishment but it had looked like it was under construction for a while. The room had a bit of a smell but nothing dirty or unsanitary, just old smelling but we got over it pretty quickly. Bed was super comfortable and loved the sheets. Would stay here again”

“They cancelled my room the morning before due to "overbooking". It left me in a very difficult spot. the 3 stars are because I had to submit something. ”

“Motel costituito da 2 piani abitabili: abbiamo usufruito per 1 notte di 2 camere una al piano terra ed una al primo piano che si raggiunge esclusivamente tramite una scala interna, manca l'ascensore ed è molto scomodo raggiungere la camera se si possiedono 2 grandi valigie come nel nostro caso. Il bagno è sprovvisto di lavandino che si trova fuori dal medesimo. La colazione è sufficientemente rappresentata e di buona qualità.”
