“Fantastic place to stay. Weekday happy hours. Free bikes to use on the trail behind the hotel. Free bottled water. Fire pits with wood that they will light up for you. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is wonderful and accommodating. Highly recommend a stay. ”

“They really helped us in a time of need. The staff were always so quick to accommodate our needs and requests. Thank you for your empathy in our difficult circumstance! It made having a place outside the hospital a refuge to get refreshed to go back to what we needed to do.”

“Hotel on Phillips is a great hotel. The location gives you access to restaurants and the main drag is walkable. Front Desk staff had a great attitude and gave us helpful information. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sioux Falls.”

“This is our 2nd time staying here, breakfast is amazing again, friendliness of the staff during the entire stay was great, always welcomed us when we cane back from visiting the sights. We definitely will be staying again next year with my family. The only thing i would recommend is taller toilets,lol.”

“Don’t bother splurging for a balcony - small and concrete and in my case there was a thunderstorm with torrential rain, thunder and lightning, even tornados nearby LOL Actually, could be nice in other circumstances. But I was disappointed.
Good parking, convenient to airport and fun to watch golf course.”

“New building.. spacious lobby. We had 2 queen beds and pullout 2 full beds in our room. Lots of space for all our belonging. Nice and clean bathroom. Pool looked really nice unfortunately we weren’t able to use it. ”

“Very nice! Lovely quiet pool and hot tub! Comfortable beds. Dining in hotel for breakfast and dinner ( not free/ included but very nice options in the hotel itself) I will keep this one on my list to repeat when I visit my daughter in college there!”
