“My main complaint was the curtains to our hotel room did not go all the way down so light came in early in the morning. There is bird poop ALL over the cement outside and even a dead bird. The staff was okay. I did call to complain about the room next to us and their noise but got told there was nothing they could do so that was super helpful. The room itself was beautiful but Im not sure if I'd stay again or not. ”

“We had a 5th floor corner suite that faced the intersection. The traffic noise on Friday and Saturday nights was very loud, making it very hard to sleep. Also, no closet in the room, but rather 3 hooks with hangers. We had to request a steam iron, which the staff promptly brought to our room. The decor was lovely and the hotel is beautiful.”

“I liked the decorations and the atmosphere. The person who checked us in was very polite and inviting. The hotel at large and the room smelled good. I was awaken three separate time by dogs barking and had a difficult time falling back to sleep with the mini fridge making noises most of the night.
