Hotel vicino a City Island Nautical Museum - New York

“The breakfast menu was ok but should be expanded the parking was iffy I had a cold shower but maintenance came in to fix the problem The room was clean some of the staff was friendly this is my second stay and the first stay the staff was a lot friendlier ”

“Absolutely loved our stay. For starters the hotel in general smelled AMAZING! Having 3 children can be a lot, but we had plenty of space. The staff were friendly and even called to see if we needed anything after we settled into our room. The suite was super clean and cozy and gave condo vibes. The breakfast was also very good and had plenty to choose from. Parking was a breeze and convenient. We will be returning! ”

“La stanza era a posto ed abbastanza confortevole. Non considero il tipo di riscaldamento quello più pratico. Ma bisogna considerare che è quello largamente diffuso negli USA. ”

“La stanza era stupenda! Personale gentile. L'unica cosa negativa era lo scarico del lavandino osturato. L'acqua non passava. A parte questa piccola inconvenienza, il resto era tutto impeccabile”

“The Room was Dirty, stains on the pillows, The floors were attrochious. And why Charge a $500 smoking fee, when the room looks like it was never cleaned properly. I will NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL IN THE FUTURE ”

“Very loud, my non-smoking room intensely smelled of smoke, then realized my window had been left completely open and anyone could easily have come into the room. The window was also hard to lock. As a solo traveler, it just didn’t seem completely safe. Towels appeared dirty. The large mirror above the bed was a bit unexpected. I would not recommend this place as a solo female traveler. ”

“My room was clean and everything worked. I just had an issue with the carpeting in the hall way and in my room. And a little painting will do some magic”

“I am going there last 6 months and I don’t know what happened to the manager that day he was so rude.”

“But I didn't like being interrupt every morning 5:00 6:00 a.m. door slamming when guests leave doors banging so hard every morning welcome me up at 5:00 6:00 a.m. when I notify the staff and manager they agree said they got several complaint regarded apparently did nothing to fix it if I don't get parts of refund I will call my credit card and dispute half of the charges for annoying me every morning by waking me up at 5:00 6:00 a.m.”
