“I got there and the lady wasnt at the front desk. I had to call a number and about 5 minutes later she showed up. The elevator didnt work because of the shifting of the ground so I had to take all my luggage up the stairs and nobody asked if I needed help. “The staff are friendly and helpful, but my experience could’ve been better. It felt much more like an apartment than a hotel. First, there’s isn’t a coffee or water station. I’ve been at cheaper hotels like La Quinta Inn that managed to provide guests with a beverage station all day. It’s small comfort that’s missing. Second, the room’s lights are a cold white. It gives the rooms a clinical feel, as though you’re in an office or hospital. Third, they didn’t have a toothbrush or laundry...
