“likes - the hotel was nearby a shopping mall & food street. dislikes - a busy road always with traffic was just outside the hotel. very noisy at times. the hotel ceiling has mould & cracks. the rooms door knobs was loose. the security locking system of the hotel room was not easy to operate. hotel staff are not always available at the front desk. need to wats app them if u need anything.”
