Civic Arts Plaza: Tour e Visite Guidate

Floor was dirty, tight space bathroom, air conditioner cool but noisy. They have to collect $150 deposit others inn doesn't need to collect. One small towel was dirty. Will not go back there anymore.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this hotel due to a complete lack of basic amenities and helpful service. My flight out of LA was late at night, well after the 11:00 AM checkout time. When I asked to leave my bags for a few hours, I was told that my luggage was "not their problem." Basic luggage storage is a standard service for almost any hotel. If a property does not offer it, that policy absolutely needs to be clearly advertised at the time of booking so guests can plan ahead. Because the hotel hid this information, I was forced to waste my precious last day in LA dragging my heavy bags all the way to a downtown storage facility at an extra, unexpected expense. The hotel's total lack of accommodation and dismissive attitude completely ruined the end of my trip. I will not be staying here again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere if you expect basic hospitality.

È molto complicato fare una valutazione di questo Hotel, perché le stanze se dal quinto piano in su sono grandi ed accoglienti (io ho soggiornato in suite per cinque),ma il personale è completamente disorganizzato, c’è solo un ascensore e la colazione è pessima (ci sono solo muffin, un po’ di frutta, qualcosa da bere). La posizione però è ottima è un passo da Venice beach. Siamo arrivati la notte tardi e non ci hanno dato la stanza per cui avevamo pagato. Il giorno dopo hanno cambiato stanza finalmente ci hanno dato quello che volevamo. Poi, dopo molte lamentele, devo dire che sono riusciti a compensare il disagio. Merita una mansione, il rooftop. Molto molto bello, ma con prezzi completamente assurdi.
