Located between Bordeaux and the vineyards of the Côtes de Bourg and Côtes de Blaye, this charming cottage offers a peaceful setting.

Set within a restored 18th-century farmhouse, this 70 m² cottage features a private garden with terrace, outdoor seating area and barbecue. It is adjoining the cottage *Le Cocon* and a residential house, while still offering a setting without direct overlooking.

On the ground floor, you will find a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining space and lounge, a double bedroom with dressing area (160 cm bed), a shower room and a separate toilet.

The mezzanine level features two single beds (80 cm) as well as a cosy relaxation corner.

For your relaxing moments, enjoy the secure swimming pool on the property, open from May to September depending on the weather, as well as the outdoor leisure areas: pétanque, badminton and table tennis. In summer, a games room is also available (table football, TV, board games and books).

The swimming pool and leisure areas are exclusively reserved for guests staying in the cottages. After a day exploring the region, you can relax by the pool. The landscaped park is also accessible for peaceful walks.

Ideally located in Gironde, this cottage is a perfect starting point for discovering the region: 20 minutes from the Citadel of Blaye (UNESCO), 30 minutes from Bordeaux and 40 minutes from Saint-Émilion, between vineyards, estuary and ocean.

Well-being massages can be arranged on site upon reservation.

For your comfort, the cottage is equipped with central pellet heating, bed linen and towels are provided, and Wi-Fi is available. Covered parking is also possible.

To ensure the quality of your stay, the cottage is non-smoking indoors and, for everyone’s comfort, parties are not permitted.
