“The staff were very kind , the property was clean and nicely furnished. The pool, maybe due to being seasonal and not properly maintained has developed calcium scaling/ crystallization on the bottom of the pool, the bottom of the pool is extremely sharp and my kiddos feet were rubbed raw / bleeding. I informed the front desk and was told they will pass it along but for any refund he was unaware of if there would be. ( I didn’t ask for one) but i feel it could’ve been offered. I hope they are...

“Responsive staff, we arrived late and called for an extra blanket in middle of the night and it arrived within mins.”

“Beautiful property with clean, comfortable rooms and some signs of aging. The small, magnifying bathroom mirror fell of the wall, this time. During my last stay, the shower wasn't draining. While the employees are nice and the atmosphere feels welcoming, it seems like they try to squeeze every last dollar from their customers: An unexplained Resort Fee is charged, as well as an early check in fee - one hour before regular check in time.”
