“The staff were nice and most things were good. The breakfast had a good variety of options. My only gripe is that the room smelled like mildew. I will say that the lemon-scented soaps they had were very nice though.”

“The staff was not helpful at all. When we checked in I asked about valet, we have a large vehicle and it would not fit in parking garages. The lady checking us in said they had valet and explained how it was an extra cost ~$55 so I paid at check in. I went outside to valet my car and the attendant looked at me like I was crazy, he said 'we don't have valet' then he proceeded to get a manager. This man was also no help in trying to help us find a place to park our car. The encounter was just...
