“House keeping was terrible, amenities were terrible, the gym was out of service, the hot tub was out of service, laundry, not working.
Housekeeping, one day would make a bed and not leave clean towels and leave old dirty towels on the floor. The next day they wouldn’t even do no how keeping in the room. Bathroom sink was clogged asked to get repaired. Had to ask three times before they said there wasn’t a maintenance man on staff he would try to fix it himself with a toilet plunger in a sink....

“Clean room with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Room was large. Beds were comfortable. My only issue was there was no breakfast by 8am. There was only yogurt left.”

“I felt a lump under the sheet of the bed and upon removing the sheet there were large food crumbs appearing to be old French fry pieces under the sheets. The mattress has huge urine stains. It was obvious no care had been taken to clean the bed at all. So disgusting. I excepted more from Marriott and for the price of the room. Will not stay again. Just find another place.”
