“The staff were very kind , the property was clean and nicely furnished.
The pool, maybe due to being seasonal and not properly maintained has developed calcium scaling/ crystallization on the bottom of the pool, the bottom of the pool is extremely sharp and my kiddos feet were rubbed raw / bleeding. I informed the front desk and was told they will pass it along but for any refund he was unaware of if there would be. ( I didn’t ask for one) but i feel it could’ve been offered. I hope they are...
