“The place is like a roadside motel. The parking lot and property had garbage and old fast food laying around. The beds are on wheels and were very uncomfortable. The staff was unable to get me a key for my door that worked so they made me a key for the adjoining room, which stopped working the next day (on a 2 day stay).”

“Resteraunt was nice and hotel room as expected. The reasons for the low rating.as follows: 1) There was an oily cleaning solvent on a spot on the floor that sent you scrambling when stepped on. 2) The tv didn't work. Maintenance said they wouldn't be able to fix it, we were moved to a different room which turned out to be occupied, and was sent back to the old room while they looked for another room. We were given a gift card to use at the resteraunt and offered 2 free bottles of water for...

“Overall, the hotel has a good location and the staff were courteous. However, I believe the hotel’s policies could be more guest-friendly. With some improvements to those policies and better value for the price, this hotel could provide a much better experience for future travelers.”

“No pool. Expedia website for this location says ther is a POOL!!! SO disappointed. Couldn't cancel because it was a non refundable rate. If I knew there was no pool I would nit have canceled. Not ok.”
