“Although the hotel is smoke-free, the room reeked of stale smoke. The hallways, stairs, and carpet in the rooms are heavily stained and filthy. However, the linens and bath fixtures were most acceptable. The television was faulty and not worth turning on. Will not return. Ever.”

“I felt a lump under the sheet of the bed and upon removing the sheet there were large food crumbs appearing to be old French fry pieces under the sheets. The mattress has huge urine stains. It was obvious no care had been taken to clean the bed at all. So disgusting. I excepted more from Marriott and for the price of the room. Will not stay again. Just find another place.”

“House is on a busy corner so there is traffic noise. House is very simple and bare. No bedside lamps in two bedrooms. Only one bathroom has a standing shower, the bathtub in the master has a handheld shower attachment but there isn’t a stand to attach it to.We did not have control of the temperature in the house; they use a remote system so you have to text the host to adjust temperature. Host was accommodating and while we appreciated this we were very surprised by the remote system.Mattresses...

"Già al tuo arrivo nella hall ti sembra di entrare in un albergo di grado molto superiore: l’arredamento raffinato, i grandi spazi, la doppia presenza alla reception. La camera, frutto di un upgrade proposto da loro via e-mail , era ampia, arredata in modo elegante con salotto e cucina dotata di frigo grande. Unici piccoli nei: la mancanza di attaccapanni, di luggage rack e di carta Scottex in cucina. Il personale è stato molto gentile e molto utile è la presenza di bar e di una cucina sempre attiva su ordinazione. La colazione, soprattutto nella parte dolce, è stata un po’ inferiore al livello di tutto il resto "
