“Remote didn’t work for the tv they came and knocked on my door at 8am for checkout didn’t arrive until 11:30pm”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The biggest negative was the rooms are very very small! Made coming and going to a wedding, reception, etc difficult with the tight quarters. For a Hampton Inn, we very surprised, for what it lacked! Older and at a lower standard.”

“Trashy hotel, room was musty smelling, Chair and ottoman had the vinyl peeled off a good protion, Furniture looked about 30 years old and beat up sdiscolored etc. Being right on the freeway the room was very noisy. The outside of the place had homeless peole wandering around including by the motion sensor door that got the bouncer looking dude up to follow him. I basically walked in the room and walked out told the desk I was checking out and wanted a refund. THey said check with my third party...
