“When we got to our room it looked as if someone had already been staying in there. Tv on with the volume all the way up. The heater was set to 80 and it was so freaking hot inside. And there was a pillow on the couch like someone had already been there. Went to talk with the person working the front desk they said that’s weird and that’s the only room we have available for you.
