Hotel vicino a Claremont Dog Park - Wichita

“The only reason I reserved this hotel was because it had a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was out of order. The room was nice and a good size. I would like to suggest adding a waffle maker to the breakfast bar.”

“The breakfast was always hot & fresh so I liked the breakfast. I did not like my room. The air conditioner was too loud and it kept me up & I didn’t sleep. I called to have my room cleaned on the 4th day because they didn’t clean my room on the third day and the man at the desk said that I could’ve changed rooms but I didn’t know that I could've changed rooms. This information was good to know, however he didn’t offer for me to change rooms even though I was leaving the next day.”

“TV would turn on but could not be operated with the remote. Unable to turn on the heat. No thermostat could be found. I heated the unit with the electric oven. The light on the wall between the beds did not work. Odd rust stain in tub looks like 💩. No breakfast. Just coffee. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. I won't be staying here again.”

“I really like the rooms here, they're apartment type with a full kitchen and furniture. It was very clean and the staff was nice and helpful. The property grounds were in nice shape and all amenities were in good order.”

“No one was here for check in so we weren’t able to stay here or get a refund. ”

“Everything about the hotel was off. No vehicles in the parking lot, the sign was broken, only one staff member, a random "guest" that sat in the lobby while the attendant loudly says our room number so that "guest" could hear it. We went to the room. The toilet had feces in it. Thed spread had stains all over it. We left not even 10 minutes after getting our room. Turned the keys in and left.”
