“I loved my stay, the staff was super helpful (cleaning staff.) It was a decently sized room with a bay window and such a cute aesthetic. I was able to reach out to customer service easily, and had very few issues. The proximity to Dolores park and being able to uber everywhere was also a plus. Only downside is the drug abuse happening on the street but that’s pretty much every downtown.”

“Walking in the first thing I notice was the rooms were extremely small. No biggie. But then a few major things like plumbing was backed up so shower water filled up the floor and same thing with the bathroom faucets.. the power outlets did not work so I couldn’t charge my phone which ended up being a major issue for my night out. One of the worst properties I have stayed at. To make matters worse there is no one to physically talk to for check in so it just made it all that much more difficult....

“Stayed in the room with detached bathroom because I didn’t read the description closely enough. The room itself was tiny and had no exterior windows. (I hit my knee pretty hard on the bed frame and my partner hit his head on the tv trying to get around the bed). It was musty/muggy and hard to ventilate in the room and the bathroom. The bathroom mirror wasn’t clean when we arrived. The shared space was nice, but the water dispenser stopped working and the coffee wasn’t really drinkable. Maybe the...

“Room was quaint and clean. Beautiful old hotel. Close to/walkable to many restaurants. Trolley line to harbour 10 minute walk”

“Although expensive, our room was nice and very comfortable! I have never had such great sleep, as I did at this hotel! Valet was nice and bell desk was wonderful! Room service food, was a 3. Vegan burger was wet, fries were cold. The margherita pizza was burnt and not edible. All in all the $1G that I spent for the weekend was worth it.”

“ Ho passato cinque notti a Casa Loma Hotel a inizio maggio. L’edificio ha un suo fascino ed è ben inserito nel contesto incantevole del quartiere. Purtroppo però la struttura è in condizioni pessime e necessita di una ristrutturazione (in particolare la moquette è da sostituire e le pareti da ridipingere). “L’hotel molto bello, peccato la zona (circondato da homeless, spacciatori, drogati...) ma comunque comodo con i mezzi. Due osservazioni: camere non sufficientemente insonorizzate con il corridoio, e soprattutto al 7’ piano c’è un via vai di persone e giovani che vanno al locale sul rooftoop all’8 piano tramite la scala (e gridano e ridono nel cuore della notte); la stanza é spaziosa ma con un minuscolo armadio e senza spazi per appoggiare le valige, inoltre la doccia è buia.”

“We stayed because of close proximity to presidio surgical center. Property is nice. Room is nice but a little bit unkept. The ac/heater very very loud. They serve complimentary tea and coffee. I was disappointed not to have some authentic tea rather than the usual teas found in hotels. Love that they have some parking right at the hotel.”
