“I was so disappointed. I was not given the room I thought I had reserved. I was traveling with my granddaughter & asked for 2 beds. The room had one queen bed & the sofa bed was terrible. There was a bright flood light right out the kitchen window with no curtains so sleeping on the sofa bed your room was lit up all night. We turned the stove on & the eye started smoking which set the fire alarm off. There were mouse sticky pads behind the couch that had hair & dirt stuck on them. There is no on...
