“Great property and great customer service ! The room was very clean and smelled great, bed was super comfy and there was a target and restaurants right around the corner ! We were about 15 minutes from Salem and about 30 from Boston so it was a great location. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again ! ”
“Great in between location if your visiting multiple spots in the New England area, we visited Salem and also Boston the train station is right across the street. It’s very easy to get around. The room was nice semi quiet, convenient location to a few different restaurants in a couple of coffee shops and then also the grocery store if you need to get food or other supplies.”
“The hotel quality was average, with a nice swimming pool and very good room cleaning service. On the downsides, the hotel has no laundry and we were particularly unlucky as our neighbors did run an apparently very entertaining (for them..) night party from 1030pm till 2am. That is not a fault of the hotel obviously, nevertheless we asked the reception for support at about midnight and if any action was taken, it had no effect on the party…”
“Overall it was a nice stay at The Cove. Location was great for those of us not wanting to be right in noisy downtown. About 25 minute walk, and 5-7 minute drive to the heart of Salem. Room was clean, decor and styling was nice, and it was fairly quiet. The only negatives I have are that one day our room was only half done room service wise for some reason, and the original lady who checked me in wasn’t overly friendly. Not rude, but not nearly as helpful or friendly as the other guy that was...
