“This property was so lovely and quaint! We are so glad we chose it over a chain hotel! Easy check in/ check out and enjoyable sitting spaces inside the cozy parlor and outside on porch or overlooking part of the downtown! We’d definitely come back- absolutely loved beautiful Rockport!”

“Wonderful room, cool decor and such a neat building. The bed was super comfortable and the space to hang out in the room was relaxing. Location is perfect for browsing the shops and eating out. Using text to communicate with the concierge was also very convenient and easy.”

You could hear the base in my room.All night my tub would not drain when I took a shower and then a lady knocked on my door at nine o'clock to ask me if I drove a certain car and I did not.And I told them what I drove never again”

“The facility was lovely and perfectly located so that it was easy to get to various destinations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Sadly the only downside was the bathroom is lacking in some key items. It would be helpful if there were hooks on the back of the door to hang things on. It would also be helpful to have a shelf to put toiletries, especially if there are more than one people. It would be nice to be able to heat hot water, not just coffee. “This was a cost efficient place to stay on our way to Mass General from Maine. It did take us over an hour to get to the hospital because of traffic, but we left early enough to get to an appointment on time.”

“Hotel was literally brand new and I loved how good everything smelled - new and clean. Staff was wonderful. Only issue was towels and sheets were so new that all the fuzzies came off on us. They need to be washed a bit more but smelled clean so we’ll take it! Parking is near a dispensary so that was not too great either…..but the hotel, worth ever penny!”

“We started out with problems from the online check in. They said we were in #9 but in was occupied, so they set us up in #6, then the code wasn’t working to get in. After that things were good, till we left and checked out at 830 then in a couple hours later they said we didn’t check out. There systems needs some work. Great location”

“The rooms are fresh and spotlessly clean. Great views of the Annisquam River. Nice location outside of town. The staff was fantastic. We love the marina vibe. We stayed in January when the restaurant is only open a couple of days a week - we'll hit that up next time. We dined nearby at The Causeway - great local spot, small and BYOB.”

Quando siamo arrivati siamo andati alla reception, era sera e in fianco alla piscina c'era un focolare acceso, il locale reception è colazioni, molro accogliente, con sala biliardo e freccette, e un telescopio 🔭 che più che altro era di bellezza, tutto circondato da vetri e quindi immaginate il panorama la mattina.. Camera molto pulita e confortevole con finestroni sulla piscina, davvero nulla da eccepire. Se proprio vogliamo trovargli un difetto, la struttura non è sul mare, ma...
