Ho soggiornato 3 giorni. Il secondo giorno non hanno cambiato asciugamani e pulito stanza. Il terzo giorno ho chiesto alla reception di ripulire la stanza e cambiare asciugamani. “La camera aveva un problema sulla serratura, la porta non si poteva chiudere ci sono voluti 2 giorni prima che arrivasse qualcuno per aggiustarla. Il primo giorno hanno cambiato gli asciugamani e non hanno fatto la camera.

“Right across the street from the ocean! Touristy, but not so busy you couldn’t get WONDERFUL meals within a few minutes of checking in!
Slept VERY well and room was large enough for the 4 of us AND our luggage!

“Perfect place to stay that’s just a few minutes from Salem and the coast. My husband and I loved their private beach! My only complaint is that the sheets were itchy like they used too much starch. Aside from the sheets I would absolutely recommend this place for others to stay!”

Only 2 wishes for next time - PLEASE get ice makers and PLEASE upgrade the TV options for Youtube, Netflix, etc. But that's it. otherwise, a perfect stay!!!!!”

"Hotel molto comodo per visitate il centro di Boston, a due passi dal common. Struttura moderna, stanza ampia e molto pulita anche se piuttosto rumorosa (abbiamo alloggiato al secondo piano con affaccio strada). Unica segnalazione (ma più per Expedia che per l’hotel) la foto utilizzata nell’annuncio dell’hotel che rappresenta un ristorante/bar molto elegante non è una foto degli interni dell’hotel ma del ristorante accanto!"

Molto comodi il servizio ristorante e il bar per la colazione, pulizia impeccabile e soprattutto personale molto disponibile ed educato.
Ho trovato il servizio parching un po’ costoso se, come nel mio caso ,non si utilizza la macchina ma a pochi metri ci sono diversi parcheggi dove è possibile risparmiare qualcosa.
Se dovessi trovare un difetto a questa struttura e suggerire un miglioramento direi che la camera assegnatami meriterebbe una maggiore insonorizzazione soprattutto perché essendo in pieno centro risente molto dei rumori di passaggio di mezzi publici ed altri mezzi di servizio per la città."

On the downsides, the hotel has no laundry and we were particularly unlucky as our neighbors did run an apparently very entertaining (for them..) night party from 1030pm till 2am. That is not a fault of the hotel obviously, nevertheless we asked the reception for support at about midnight and if any action was taken, it had no effect on the party…"
