I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites Boston Logan Airport Revere by IHG and overall the experience was very positive. The breakfast was varied and always replenished, which we really appreciated each morning. Our suite was spacious, well-equipped and comfortable everything you could ask for in terms of in-room amenities and comfort. The hotel is well maintained and spotlessly clean, making for a very pleasant stay.
The only downside, unfortunately, was that our room faced directly onto the road and the traffic noise during peak hours was particularly unbearable. The room was not sufficiently sound-insulated, and this impacted our ability to rest well. We asked about changing rooms in the evening, but were told this wasn’t possible because by then there was no housekeeping staff present. While we understand staffing constraints, it was disappointing to not have the option to move given the noise issue.
In spite of that issue, I would still recommend this hotel for its comfort, cleanliness and convenient amenities just be sure to request a room away from the street side if possible.
