“We got in very late (11:00 pm) so no attendant. Very dark too. The text instructions for finding our room were confusing as we went to the clubhouse, code didn’t work and then went to blue door. But we loved the room and location. ”

“The hotel quality was average, with a nice swimming pool and very good room cleaning service. On the downsides, the hotel has no laundry and we were particularly unlucky as our neighbors did run an apparently very entertaining (for them..) night party from 1030pm till 2am. That is not a fault of the hotel obviously, nevertheless we asked the reception for support at about midnight and if any action was taken, it had no effect on the party…”

“Just a great, clean, quaint place to stay right in the middle of town. We’ll definitely stay there again! ”

“Clean and economical”

“Overall it was a nice stay at The Cove. Location was great for those of us not wanting to be right in noisy downtown. About 25 minute walk, and 5-7 minute drive to the heart of Salem. Room was clean, decor and styling was nice, and it was fairly quiet. The only negatives I have are that one day our room was only half done room service wise for some reason, and the original lady who checked me in wasn’t overly friendly. Not rude, but not nearly as helpful or friendly as the other guy that was...

“Hotel ottimo, nuovo e bentenuto, colazione varia e un supermercato a due minuti di auto.”

“Mae was very helpful in helping me locate the remote for the air conditioner which i couldn't initially locate. Very friendly. ”

“Il propietario era gentilissimo. Il centro di Rockport non é grande, in due minuti a piedi dal hotel ci sono ristoranti e piccoli negozi.”

Quando siamo arrivati siamo andati alla reception, era sera e in fianco alla piscina c'era un focolare acceso, il locale reception è colazioni, molro accogliente, con sala biliardo e freccette, e un telescopio 🔭 che più che altro era di bellezza, tutto circondato da vetri e quindi immaginate il panorama la mattina.. Camera molto pulita e confortevole con finestroni sulla piscina, davvero nulla da eccepire. Se proprio vogliamo trovargli un difetto, la struttura non è sul mare, ma...

“La struttura è confortevole, dotata di alcuni servizi piacevoli come la piscina e il campetto di basket. Magari si potrebbe pensare a rendere piu agevole l'accesso dalle unita abitative piu esterne e lontane dalla reception nei giorni di cattive condizioni climatiche.”
