“Olle hotel is very calm and safe and comfortable. All steps are kind and friendly. ”

“It would be nice if more than one person is at check in desk. A que of three people will be a half hour wait to check in. The employees are in the back, just not available to check in customers.”

“The complimentary breakfast was nice. You have several options. The staff is friendly and everyone says good morning. I love that there is a gate with a security guard. The property is nice and green. Pools are cleaned daily. It has a real resort feel with "white glove" treatment. I will return again!!!”

“We stayed here because we had dinner with family at their restaurant. The design of the hotel and the room is great but the bathroom is very dirty and not well maintained. The mirrors and the fixtures are full of scums. And the shower tile grout is moldy. I don’t think ill ever stay there again. A dirty bathroom is a deal breaker.”
