“Staff was helpful ”

“This is the best hotel in the area bar none. It is near a giant shopping mall, central to lots of places, there are a few restraints nearby, rooms always neat and comfortable, staff excellent and responsive, the hotel has a little but lovely lobby and a sweet outdoor dining and sitting area. It's WV, so it's not luxury, but whenever I come here I wouldn't stay anywhere else. ”

“The stay was good, it was clean though older and the drawers had other peoples old things in them. The beds were super hard which did make the night rough, but a neighbor said his bed was great and soft, so its just one of those things about travel, be prepared, bring your own padding etc. You get what you pay for and this was fine for a night, we felt safe, staff was nice. There's a restaurant in the parking lot that isn't connected to the motel, but the food was terrible and expensive, Do...
