“Le Petit Mas is an absolutely gorgeous retreat in the Provence countryside. The house, gardens and views of the Fayence valley are stunning and the location is perfect for exploring the nearby hilltop villages and their provencal markets, as well as for getting to other highlights in the region such as Grasse and Cannes. “Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable dans la magnifique bastide de Lionel. Entre promenades, baignades, visites des villages perchés du pays de Fayence, tout était parfait. Les differents espaces de vie de la maison avec piscine, ping pong et pétanque, chacun a pu se distraire et profiter d'une vue exceptionnelle !!! “We had an amazing week with two families. The house is beautiful, really spacious and has all amenities you need for a perfect holiday. The house is perfect for two families. One family can use two bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and the other family can use the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the ground floor. “Das Haus war sehr sauber, nur die Bettlaken waren zu klein und es wurde auf unsere Nachricht nicht reagiert. “We found La Bastide to outshine any expectations. In summary: authentic historic property (as rustic as you could get!); spacious living quarters and massive, accommodating outside spaces; a sense of entire privacy within the grounds; stunning views (in particular while lazing about the wonderful pool); remote enough, nestled in the hills above the charming village - a 20 min walk to amenities. “Two families on holiday together and this country home was magical for us. Cooking in the well stocked kitchens, swimming in the warm pool, relaxing on the outside couches, drinking wine… heaven on Earth. The home was so lovely that we rarely left- content to relax in the beauty of the old architecture and gardens. “This property is a very lovely house with beautiful spacious gardens and a wonderful pool. Everything we could wish for was provided and all in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants and bars and easy travelling by public transport to to coast. All communication with the host was easy and with prompt responses. “Le Mas in Aups is a fabulous house for several families. Spacious (11 persons) and cool with a splendid view over the landscape. Sitting outside is very relaxing, we enjoyed the silence. For the children there is a huge swimming pool and material for several sport activities. Fantastic.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here. Hervé is a wonderful and very kind host. The little cottage looks like a miniature house in Provence. We had the joy of ordering a dinner and breakfast … all prepared with lots of love and care. We also cooked some meals and used the bbq. The pool is shared with Villa Pergola, and it’s just in front of the house. We highly recommend it. ”

“La struttura e stata decisamente funzionale nel suo insieme. Purtroppo l'ascensore era rotto le maniglie delle porte x salire le scale mancanti, l'estintore teneva aperta la porta d'accesso alle scale ... Sicuramente se ristrutturato potrei tornarci , il residence è proprio vicino al mare al max un 500 MT dalla spiaggia. In ogni caso la location e i letti veramente comodi.”
