“The front desk was greatly understaffed when a bus load of seniors arrived to check in. There was only one young man working and he was overwhelmed so the process was painfully slow for those of us waiting to check in after that group. When a manager (?) finally showed up, she started quizzing the young worker instead of jumping in to help.
As far as the room goes, I suggest asking to be in the back building unless you want to start smelling the breakfast being cooked at 6am. Lastly, checkout...

“The room was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen including a dishwasher. The breakfast menu was fresh - scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, hot oatmeal, sausage egg and cheese biscuits, cereal, fruit, fresh waffles, and juices and coffee. The indoor heated pool is great! Plenty of parking; and once you add in downtown OWA, it is a great place to stay.”
