“The only issue we experienced was that our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at the time of check-in and we had to wait for about 45 minutes. Other than that everything was great”

“Friendly, professional staff. Clean, nice size rooms. Restaurant food was very good. Great location for getting to the airport quickly and pretty much anywhere else you are going to in town. Plus it is a quiet location. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.”

“Love this property. You know exactly what you get each time. Price has gone up and the property is aging badly. Too stay at such high rates it’s time to renovate. Leaking bathroom sink, peeling paint, torn and chipped carpet/vinyl and the same dirty breakfast area all need some attention. WiFi doesn’t remain connected during peak hours.”

“Hotel itself was great.only some staff knew what they were doing however. The female that was working at 6 pm the night I checked in said she put me down for the airport shuttle for next morning however when I went to get the shuttle next morning I was advised she did it wrong and the driver was going to late. The morning staff Diane was a great help and I only had to wait 30 minutes while they contacted the driver.”

“Clean room, but there was a marijuana scent in the hallway of my room that I smelled all night😓. The restaurant and bar were closed, probably because the lack of staff...seems to be the case everywhere these days😥.”

“I booked a room [136] with the expectation of relaxing. Unfortunately, I woke up to an infestation of ants (in the bed with me, in the bathroom and nightstand). I called the front desk to learn that this is a known issue. Being greeted my ants was not listed on the disclaimer I signed. I felt disrupted and clearly not at ease.”

“We were told that the property was being renovated and the renovation is almost complete. It would have been nice to have a "renovated" room. The room we got definitely needed renovated (burn mark on tub, wallpaper pealing, stains on carpet, cracks in kitchen tiles, vents were very dirty/dusty). We had a 2 night stay and they didn't clean our room at all. When we went to the front desk to ask for clean towels, we were given clean towels right away, but they didn't even apologize or...

“Room was VERY spacious and clean. Great outdoor patio to relax at. Staff was gracious and accommodating to our early departure with bag lunch for breakfast”
