“We had a gigantic room and found the property to be in excellent condition. The staff was very professional and helpful. We'd definitely stay there again, but would visit the Football Hall of Fame.”

“Everything was ok. I will say the room though. There was blunt pieces on table next to bed. Spider webs everywhere, under sink in bathroom was insane amount of dust and what appeared to be food from previous person who stayed. Even old trash on floors. Mirror could barely see through because it was so filthy truly a shame because other then that I’d give my stay 5 stars . But for price it was what you’d expect. Just leaving review in hopes that management makes Housekeeping do a bit better....

“The building was under renovation. We did not know that when we arrived. Our room was completed except for the cable not being hooked up. Their maintenance team worked nonstop until it was up and running. Overall it was nice considering the work being done. They had ran out of yogurt and the maintenance guy actually drove to the store to buy our kids yogurt! We though that was amazing, he definitely did not need to do that!”

“Pool was broken and cable tv was not good quality. Fan in bathroom did not work and the heater in the bathroom was LOUD. Not impressed at all! ”

“It is difficult to rate the hotel as it is currently under construction. The hotel is old, hence the construction. The breakfast was eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, and waffles. There was cold cereal bowls and instant oatmeal. Our room was a 2 bedroom suite and each bedroom had a private bathroom.”
