“We had a gigantic room and found the property to be in excellent condition. The staff was very professional and helpful. We'd definitely stay there again, but would visit the Football Hall of Fame.”

“The room I was put into was absolutely disgusting. Everything in it was covered in dust and whatever else. Mold in the ice bin they give you. Water damage on the entire ceiling, horrible water pressure. The furniture was all in bad cosmetic condition, peeling, ”

“Our room slept strong of tangerine, like they were trying to cover up a small. There was a white powder (like a carpet deodorant) and our bedding smelled like it sat in the washer too long. Our room, including bathroom was clean and that is huge for me. We were in the room very little, just to sleep. My only major complaint was lack of hot water. Water temp was warm at best”

“The building was under renovation. We did not know that when we arrived. Our room was completed except for the cable not being hooked up. Their maintenance team worked nonstop until it was up and running. Overall it was nice considering the work being done. They had ran out of yogurt and the maintenance guy actually drove to the store to buy our kids yogurt! We though that was amazing, he definitely did not need to do that!”

“Pool was broken and cable tv was not good quality. Fan in bathroom did not work and the heater in the bathroom was LOUD. Not impressed at all! ”

“It is difficult to rate the hotel as it is currently under construction. The hotel is old, hence the construction. The breakfast was eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, and waffles. There was cold cereal bowls and instant oatmeal. Our room was a 2 bedroom suite and each bedroom had a private bathroom.”

“Really enjoyed our stay. It’s located right by the airport. Very clean. Comfortable beds.”
