The home sits on nearly half an acre with mature shade trees, offering a quiet and private outdoor space. The yard provides plenty of room to relax and enjoy the fresh air. This rental unit is part of a larger home that includes the Owner’s Unit — a private section consisting of the owner’s bedroom and bathroom, laundry room, and garage. The Owner’s Unit is physically connected but completely private and separate, with no shared living spaces. Each unit has its own private entrance to ensure full privacy.

Bedrooms

Each of the three available bedrooms includes a walk-in closet, dresser, nightstands, and ceiling fan for added comfort.

– Master Suite: California King pillow-top mattress with down-alternative pillows and 100% cotton sateen sheets. The ensuite bathroom includes double sinks and a large soaking tub. An air purifier is also provided.
– Jack-and-Jill Rooms: Located across the hall from the master and overlooking the pool, one room offers a Full bed with 100% cotton sateen sheets and the other a Twin with decorative sheets. These rooms share a spacious bathroom with dual sinks and a bathtub.

- To keep the home comfortable and ensure the HVAC system runs efficiently - especially during extreme weather - we set the thermostat to operate best within these ranges: 72–76°F in summer and 68–72°F in winter. This approach helps protect the system’s health and supports environmental sustainability in our community.

- If you have a preferred temperature outside these ranges, just let us know — we’re happy to discuss how to make your stay as comfortable as possible!

Guest Access

You'll have private access to the main house except for two locked supply closets and the Owner's Unit located at the far east end of the property off of the kitchen. You will have private use of the entire unit including the kitchen, living areas, backyard, and pool. The laundry room is not accessible with this listing, but there’s a convenient laundromat just a few minutes away.

Please note: The owner’s unit has a bedroom window near the back patio, so we kindly ask that quiet hours (after 10pm) be respected while enjoying the outdoor spaces.

Parking

You’re welcome to use the front circle driveway or park along the street. Please keep the side driveway (leading to the garage and Owner’s Unit) clear.
