“We loved the property and once we got sorted out about being able to bring our dogs everything was great. The area is lovely and the fenced yard was a plus. The house was comfortably furnished and well stocked. Eclipse day was cloudy but we were able to get views from the back yard. We used extra days to explore some natural areas, awesome and I got to hang out with both my sons and DIL in a roomy house on a beautiful lake.”

“Beautiful up to date home. Very clean and comfortable. Snowed while here so didn’t do anything outside. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed walking across the street to the Cleveland House resturant, though small was very good food and drinks. would love to come again. Host was very accommodating.”

“The property is well equipped and comfortable. Its easy to get to and right on the lake. Beautiful picture windows overlook Oneida Lake, and make the living area so serene. It was very rainy while we were there, but that did not lessen our enjoyment of this cute lake house!”

“Location is great - overlooking the Erie Canal. Basic home is also great - spacious and accommodating. My family actually had a great time at our eclipse watching reunion. But there were a lot of irritating maintenance issues. Biggest was the front door key code lock would not lock from the outside. We finally figured out we could lock the front door from the inside and exit our whole group through the garage and still leave the house secure. Owner was not there to let us in and did not provide...
