“The place was nice. It was clean with friendly staff. Bed & pillows were so comfortable. There seemed to be limited dining options in immediate area though.”

“I was shocked to find dirty sheets on the bed.When I called reception they offered me a new room which I refused because it would have involved getting dressed, packing and moving at midnight. I asked them to change the sheets and receptionist said they were not responsible for room cleanliness. I reminded them that during a pandemic it particularly irresponsible to ignore basic hygenic protocols. That was not acknowledged so I ended up going down to the frontdesk to get clean sheets and make...
