“Awful. Chlorine smell on one side of the hotel. Didn’t even stay for breakfast because the rooms were dirty including the bathroom. We changed rooms and at the same price the room had less stuff like furniture. There was an offer to have us switch rooms for a third time but no offer for an upgrade or points. They wouldn’t even see the rooms and clean them because they said the cleaning staff went home. Old and dusty fixtures and furniture. Torn ottomans in the lobby. Just an awful mess of a...

The place is run down, filthy, there is no hot water, luke warm at best, breakfast should be eliminated as it is awful, only positive is inexpensive. The free wifi was unreliable.”
