“Beautiful hotel and very friendly, helpful, and attentive staff. Would definitely book again!”

“Got locked in and had to out an emergency exit room was not ready at check in time. Garrage gate would not work even though I purchased parking ahead of time them kept being told I would just have to use public parking could not leave and come back in car. Front door did not work with card. A lot of issues with maintance. Not impressed”

“Very nice stay. Super clean. Easy check in instructions. The bed was comfortable. Highly recommend”

“Rooms small and dark. Basic room with lots of street noise. Lobby needs a deep clean the cold air return on lower level where you make your first impression was covered in dirt and dust .”

“Hotel comodo, camere spaziose, dovrebbere sistemare mobili e attrezzature… Non si sa dove mettere i vestiti…”

“Personale molto gentile e professionale. Stanza grande, comoda e pulita. Colazione migliorabile con poco sforzo (suggerisco una omelette semplice come alternativa a quella con i peoeroni) Nel complesso esperienza molto positiva.”

“Stayed here for a conference, here's what happen: Water issues - not there control. How it was communicated and dealt with - their control. The evening staff was disgusting, rude and unhelpful! Seemingly the communication issue here is rooted, as they were "glazing tubs" on my floor but no one knew that was scheduled. So I experienced nausea, headache and difficulty breathing. Was moved to a new floor, then someone was assembling furniture at 2am! When I tried to call the front desk, no one...

“Book this hotel!! DO NOT BOOK THE DAYS INN IN LAKEWOOD! Three people we ran into over the weekend went to and promptly left the Days Inn. We recommended Indigo to them all! Staff and facilities are amazing and try the food, OMG! Chuck rocks 🤘”

Personale inadeguato e sgarbato. ”

“Clean, comfortable loft apartment, walking distance to downtown, easy check in/check out.”

“Historic house, so charming but the rooms are quite dated. I liked my stay but didn’t really enjoy the shower, I think a renovation is needed. Breakfast is complimentary but I would have appreciated some vegetarian options as well”

“I booked this purely for the cost and location last minute, paying no attention to the details and history of the property. When I arrived I was so blown away by the value: quiet, nice amenities, nice location, very spacious impeccably clean room, and nice staff who went out of their way to remind me to book airport hotel. Incredible.”
