Hotel a Cliffwood

“The room I was given was supposed to be for two people (king size bed) but it was so small I could not even set my luggage on the appropriate stand because there was no space to open it! Breakfast was limited in food selection and quality and some of the staff were not that friendly. ”

“I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The main reason I booked this hotel was to use the pool, but it was closed during my stay, which was never communicated beforehand. I also completed online check-in and selected my room nearly 24 hours in advance. When I arrived, I was assigned a completely different room. I understand situations happen, but the front desk agent was very nonchalant and simply said the previous guest extended their stay....
