“The hotel staff was so incredibly welcoming! The place was clean and free breakfast was fine (nothing out of the ordinary from other free hotel breakfast). The room was so humid though. Not sure if our room’s AC wasn’t working properly but everything was damp and sticky from the humidity.”

“Let me start by saying front desk person was amazingly nice and understanding. Other guest at the location are friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beyond unfit for a travel or family. 1st room was dirty at least 90 degrees and room temperature controls were broken. 2nd room, bedding was horrific. The unknown stains on bed cover were matched by actual dirt and paw prints on the sheets. 3rd room was the same as 2nd. At this point we found a different hotel for the night. I have...

“We stayed here previously and it was good overall. However, this stay was disappointing. The room was not clean, carpet was dirty (blackened our socks), needed vacuuming, and smelled musty. The grounds looked OK, but there was quite a bit of trash scattered about. Breakfast was average, we had to ask to get coffee and hot water carafes refilled. Really a shame, with a little work this could be a very nice place.”

“I checked in and checked out within the first hour. 1. The room. Smelled of cigarettes even though I reserved a non smoking room. 2. There was graffiti on the bathroom window and the privacy barrier had holes in it. 3. The weather stripping was missing from the door, 4. “The staff greeted us at the door and were very polite and quick with getting us checked in. The room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint I could provide wouldn’t be about the hotel or its staff. It would be about the noise from the people partying in the parking lot next door.”
