“Room was nice and the staff was very nice. They welcomed all our pets. ”

“Rooms were fair there were bugs everywhere they don't give clean linen everyday no amenities you can have a cup of coffee one in the morning but if you want to muffin you have to pay $5 for muffins not very nice place”

“Ac didn’t work, some of remote buttons didn’t work so couldn’t press down or ok, even had to check out a day early!”

“The AC did not work, gave us the wrong which lead to someone trying to come into our room at 3:30 in the morning. The next day our key cards did not work so had to get that fixed. Told them about the AC and they said someone would work on it but didn’t seem like they did. The second night temps dropped which made the room cooler but comes to find out there was a gap between the window and until which had a big amount of cold air from the outside come into the room. Very disappointed this stay...

“Room was near, clean. Beds comfortable. Bathroom very nice. Room was not soundproof, as we could hear loud noises and bangs coming from somewhere. TV remote did not function. Staff was cheerful and friendly.”

“Every one is entitled to their own opinion and here goes my: For what we are paying it's more than enough. It's right next to the main highway. My room did have hot water yet I didn't take a shower. Yes room had bugs(Lady Bugs), yes the hotel has an horrible smell of cigarettes. Ac worked great. I was able to get a yogurt in the morning during my check out. Staff is great and they're doing what they can with that they have. It isn't their fault owners don't want to invest in the property.”

“Room had bed bugs and they didnt refund my money so i had to file an insurance claim me and my family took a loss on alot of clothes and shoes due to me throwing away the things that could have contaminated our home i have video footage of the bed bug on the bed ”
