“Didn’t like the heavy ornament cover. Was not comfortable and way too heavy. Was very happy with everything else though and will be back”

“Lobby looks nice , breakfast was decent , beds were comfortable, but woke up at midnight to water dripping from the ceiling vent in the bathroom, and move to a different room!bottom of door was rotted so overall a little overpriced for the quality”

“Old food still in fridge from some other person stay. Sink wouldn’t drain, breakfast was out of everything & over 1 1/2!hour left on time”

“the air was fine but there were exposed wires, burns in the blankets and tub. It was very dirty, and the cleaning crew woke us up trying to clean before it was even check out time.”

“The room was clean, the bed was comfortable along with the pillows, I was a little disappointed the coffee has been removed from the rooms, but the fresh ground coffee in the lobby made up for it. Will definitely stay again.”

“Bed looked like it was slept in... Thermostat was locked and un-adjustable... No drinking water or breakfast or any food for that matter as advertised. No live TV (only paid apps tv were available (Was there during the World Series... not cool) But the coffee maker worked. Good work guys!”

It smelled foul, reeking of filth and cigarette smoke—despite the fact that I had specifically requested a non-smoking room. On top of that, the windowpane was cracked.
