Hotel a Oaktown

“Chose this hotel because it was close to a nearby town. I saw the outside and thought, "It's ok, it's only two nights. I've stayed in a similar place and the room is a clean refuge from a seedy outside." Nope. I took my stuff and stayed at my brother's house. The bed sheets were draping down to the floor under the comforter and the pillows were just thrown on the middle of the bed. There weren't lampshades on the lamps--so just bare bulbs. There was a refrigerator, but it was warm inside. ...

“Bed looked like it was slept in... Thermostat was locked and un-adjustable... No drinking water or breakfast or any food for that matter as advertised. No live TV (only paid apps tv were available (Was there during the World Series... not cool) But the coffee maker worked. Good work guys!”

“We got right in a room at 3pm. We used the pool, which was quite small, but well maintained. It was a quiet sleep. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. The bathroom was clean and there was plenty of hot water. A good stay. Will probably return.”

“It is an old refurbished motel for a reasonable price. Everything worked as it was supposed to. The size of the room was adequate and well lit. Coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave were available. The bed was comfortable. Parking was a little cramped, and no breakfast was served. Do not expect luxury, but it has all I needed.”

“They are in obvious renovation mode…though our room was comfortable inside, it was obvious we were in the middle of the construction out in the hall & elevator. Bed was good, pillows not so much. :/ Breakfast was better than we’ve experienced in the recent past (@ other Marriott’s).”
