“We had problems with the keycards and the door mechanism. There wasn’t enough staff to help us with the problem or even come to the room to check it out. The pool area was pretty poor shape. The town and the food was wonderful.”

“The only good thing about this place is the biscuits. When you stay over a day the hotel staff doesn't change your bedding just maybe if lucky your towels. Don't sweep your room at all and if your lock batteries go out in your door it takes over 3 days or more to get it fixed. Management is horrible, I seen better management at a fast food restaurant. They really don't care about their guess just the money. All their cereals are stale. The raisins in the raisin bran was so hard you couldn't...

“It was not walking distance to venue as stated. Kinda sketchy side of town, but people were great and room was nice and clean. Breakfast bar was really lacking. ”

“The manager was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was adequate. The 1st room smelled like urine the second room (an upgrade) had a connecting door and the tv was noisy until 3am. The desk manager said she called the room at 2am (after I voiced concerns ) with expectations they would turn it off. Please consider putting foam insulation on both connecting doors to eliminate the noise transfer.”

“The same gravy and biscuits for the entire week. Every thing else was stale. And very few of that! We had to eat out every morning! The first day the toilet was broken and we were moved to another room. In this room the shower head was broken and the hair dryer did not work. The GFI outlet in the did not work , so they said just use another plug. The refrigerator made noise all night make it hard to sleep.
