“Condition was good but not perfect // Location was very good for my needs and if necessary I would definitely stay here again // I get the impression that the transition to Spark was not quite complete // still a good stay”

“We made the mistake of staying across the street and were encountered with a mouse in our room, ants in the bathroom, and a hole in the wall where the mouse got in. Their resolve was to spray raid in our room. We couldn’t breathe so we had to leave. Your establishment is Taj Majal and your staff heaven sent. We could not have been treated better. Charlotte at the front desk and Lucy from housekeeping are to be applauded for their professionalism and customer service. Thank you very much. ”

“When we got to our room the first thing we noticed was the bed had something on it that looked disgusting. So we were switched to a different room. The next morning I got in the shower and there was black hair on the wall and floor of the shower. I had to clean it before I could take my shower. We rented 3 rooms for that night because we were moving and our family needed to stay also. At least the breakfast was nice the next morning. ”

“There was no Bible in the drawer there was dirty tissue cups behind the lamp desk and dirty qtips in the drawer. My son got locked in the bathroom and it took 10 min to get him out ”

“Hand towel was dirty and unfolded and the remote wasnt able to do anything for the tv but turn it off or on. The air conditioner barely worked and there was no laundry bag or ice bag. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unless you just want to sleep then run.”

“I wasn’t allowed to check into my room until 6pm. Then when I got in my bed the mattress was so used I sunk to the bottom of the bed and could feel every spring. The next morning I got up to shower and my water pressure was just a trickle out of the shower head. ”

“Room was spacious however outdated furnishings and decor. Carpet felt dirty. Breakfast was horrid - minimal options for food, no coffee, and milk was sour so we went elsewhere! Only one staff member was friendly/helpful. ”
